Kinetic Arm Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility To join the Kinetic Arm Affiliate Program, you must be a customer and own a Kinetic Arm. This ensures that affiliates understand the benefits and functionality of wearing the Kinetic Arm sleeve when promoting it.
2. Approval & Rejection Terms All affiliate applications are subject to approval. Kinetic Arm reserves the right to reject any application at its discretion if it does not align with the brand’s values, standards, or guidelines. If your application is rejected, you may reapply after addressing any concerns outlined in the rejection notice.
3. Performance & Commission Structures:

Affiliates earn a 10% commission on successful referral sales.

Affiliates receive a discount code that can be customized to share with their audience. This discount code will offer customers $10 off their order.

Lifetime Commissions - Customers will automatically be connected to an affiliate once they make their first successful purchase. The affiliate will receive a lifetime commission for all purchases connected to that customer.
4. Performance Requirements: To maintain an active affiliate account, affiliates must generate a minimum of $250.00 in commission sales within a 3 month or 90 day period. If this minimum threshold is not met, the affiliate account will be deactivated.

6. Affiliate Disclosures The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) mandates all promotional content include an affiliate disclosure. Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship when promoting Kinetic Arm products either verbally or in text - not hidden in footnotes.

By participating in the Kinetic Arm Affiliate Program, you agree to follow these disclosure guidelines to maintain compliance and transparency with your audience. Failure to disclose properly may result in removal from the program.
7. Anti-Spam Policy Affiliates may NOT promote Kinetic Arm using:

Newsgroups, unsolicited emails, spam, or banner networks.

Coupon websites or other discount platforms.

Any misleading or deceptive advertising practices. Violation of this policy may result in account termination without notice.
8. Commissions, Payment & Management Fees

Commissions are based on the order value (excluding taxes and shipping fees).

Affiliates must use their customized tracking link for commission eligibility.

Payments are made via PayPal on a scheduled basis, at the end of every calendar month, or beginning of next month if the EOM date falls on a weekend or holiday.

Transactions resulting in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid.

Commissions on dashboards that don't show link clicks may be disqualified, as this indicates the discount code was leaked to coupon or discount sites rather than being earned through the affiliate’s dynamic link or content.

Fraudulent activity or misuse of the affiliate program will result in termination and forfeiture of commissions.

Please note that our Affiliate Manager oversees all aspects of the affiliate program, including onboarding, program management, and commission payouts. A partial percentage of sales will be allocated as a management fee to support the ongoing management and operations of the affiliate program.
9. Tax Reporting & Compliance

Affiliates are responsible for reporting their earnings to tax authorities.

U.S.-based affiliates must submit a W9 form within 30 days of approval or upon reaching the minimum payout threshold.

Failure to provide accurate tax information may result in delayed or withheld payments.
10. Marketing Tools & Content Usage

Affiliates may use Kinetic Arm logos, promotional media, and content in accordance with brand guidelines.

Kinetic Arm reserves the right to repurpose affiliate content for marketing purposes.

Affiliates must attribute Kinetic Arm as the source when using branded content thru mentioning brand, tagging company, or using hashtags #kineticarm #kineticarmy.

By being an affiliate and using the hashtags #KineticArm or #KineticArmy, you grant The Perfect Arm, LLC permission to share, repost, and use your content for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes across all platforms. This includes but is not limited to social media, website, email campaigns, and digital or print materials. If you do not wish for your content to be used, please contact us at support@thekineticarm.com for removal requests.
11. Cookie Tracking Policy

Cookies are used to track affiliate referrals.

If a user disables or clears cookies, commissions may not be tracked or paid.

The cookie duration is 30 days as stated on the affiliate registration form.
12. Termination & Updates

Kinetic Arm may update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes via email.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by written notice.

Affiliates engaging in profanity, offensive content, or disparaging remarks about Kinetic Arm or its employees may have their account deactivated.
13. Customer Service & Pricing

Kinetic Arm is responsible for handling product orders, shipments, billing, and customer support.

Product pricing and special offers may change without prior notice to affiliates.
14. Agreement & Compliance By joining the Kinetic Arm Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Any violation may result in account termination and forfeiture of earned commissions.
